02 / THE STORY
I learned the technical part before I learned the business part.
I started teaching myself AI before ChatGPT became mainstream. My first AI business, Integrate Now, never found a client because I had no niche and did not know how to market an outcome. That failure taught me what technical tutorials could not.
Years later, I built One1 Studio around real business problems and paying client work, and created Oprators to give future builders the guidance I did not have.
Phillipe came from applying the same diagnosis to making videos. The bottleneck was not the idea or the camera. It was the edit. So Sebastian Gonzalez Capdevielle and I built an editor that does that part with taste, while the person on camera keeps the final call.

Tools change quickly. The durable advantage is learning how to inspect the work, recognize the bottleneck and choose the right system.
Use AI to build, not to think.
AI can help you execute faster, prototype ideas and automate repeatable work. Your taste, questions, judgment and creativity still need to come from you. It is also how Phillipe works: it builds the edit, and you review the cut and make the final call.
